How To Use Vitaros1

1. Rub:

Bring the contents of the single-dose container to ambient temperature by rubbing it in your hands.

2. Rotate:

Rotate the plunger a number of times to ensure that it can slide easily, then remove the cap.

3. Squeeze and Apply:

Hold the top of the penis with one hand and gently squeeze it to widen the aperture at the tip of the penis, holding it in a vertical position, first pulling down the foreskin if not circumcised.

Position the tip of the container as close as possible to the aperture on the tip of the penis and slowly but firmly push the plunger downwards until all the cream is expelled into the aperture on the tip of the penis and along the urethra.

4. Make the Cream Penetrate:

Hold the penis in a vertical position for around 30 seconds to allow the cream to penetrate, pushing the excess cream into the aperture with a fingertip. It is important for all the cream to descend into the urethra.

5. Stimulate:

Sexual stimulation may improve the turgidity of the glans4
